Green Field Kennels of Normandy – Conditions of Boarding

At Green Field Kennels the welfare of your pet is our prime concern. Please read through our conditions for boarding to ensure a happy experience for your dog and peace of mind for you.

w	Dogs will be fed on a range of Royal Canin foods. If you wish to supply your own food then the cost of kenneling may be reduced. This may be particularly suitable for sensitive dogs

w	We suggest you bring your dog’s own bedding, your dog will feel more settled with it, especially if you bring along his toys. But please note we cannot be held responsible for any damage your dog may do to either bedding or toys.

w	Your dog must be up to date with their vaccinations and proof will be required before your pet is accepted. Please click on the above link for full details.

w	A deposit of 20€ will be required at the time of booking. This will, of course, be deducted from your final payment. The deposit is non refundable in the event of a cancellation less than 14 days prior to the booking. No show bookings will be billed at full rate.

Dogs must be in good health and the kennels must be informed of any current medication In the event of illness our vets will be called immediately. The owner will be responsible for all expenses. We must be informed of any bitch in season or the likelihood of a bitch coming into season. If your bitch is pregnant please let us know, this is not a problem; but she will require extra attention.

w	Green Field Kennels cannot be held responsible for the death of any pet. We have never lost one yet, and do our utmost to make sure your pet has a happy and comfortable stay.

w	Dogs may be dropped off / picked up between 09:00 - 12:00 and 14:00 - 18:00 Monday to Saturday, 10:00-12:00 Sundays and public holidays. If you cannot pick up your pet on the booked date please let us know as soon as you can so further arrangements can be made.
